Insurance

I am an out of network provider.  As such, I do not accept insurance as a form of payment and your session fee will be due in full at the time of service. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about your eligibility for benefits and any required deductible. If you wish, I am happy to provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company to receive direct reimbursement according to your plan specifications.  

Good Faith Estimate

Rates
Clients who are uninsured and/or choose not to use their insurance benefits are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the total estimated cost of their mental health treatment. An initial estimate will be provided at the time of scheduling, and a more accurate estimate can be provided after the initial diagnostic assessment upon request. At any time, you may request an updated estimate as well. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Rates are billed per 50 minute therapeutic hour. Initial intake sessions are typically between 50-80 minutes and are billed accordingly. 

All major credit cards are accepted.
